Mutual Exchange Information:

Before you can register your home on the Mutual Exchange register you must firstly complete a Choice Based Lettings application form see (apply on line above).  Once your application is fully registered and you have been issued with your unique reference number and password you can then register your home on the Mutual Exchange Register select Mutual Exchange   From this link you will also be able to view other homes which are on the register.

Leicestershire Choice Based Lettings is a partnership between the seven councils in Leicestershire (excluding Leicester City which has its own web site) and a large number of housing association partners.  By coming together to form Leicestershire Choice Based Lettings, we are able to offer those looking for an affordable home, the widest choice of housing and an easier way of being considered for vacant properties as they arise.

Using this service gives you more choice in deciding where you want to live.  Instead of waiting for an offer of accommodation, you can see which properties are coming vacant and will be able to bid on them (ie express an interested).  Properties that are available for rent and shared ownership will be advertised each fortnight.
